Service Fees

Escrow service fees are charged for administrative, technical, and operational services.

Non-Refundable Fees

Once an escrow transaction has commenced, service fees are non-refundable, regardless of transaction outcome, dispute, or cancellation.

Deposited Funds

Cryptocurrency deposited into escrow is not a payment to Omesia and is only released according to escrow terms.

Failed or Cancelled Transactions

If a transaction is cancelled before release conditions are met, funds may be returned to the original depositor, minus applicable fees and network costs.

Blockchain Network Fees

All blockchain transaction fees are non-refundable and outside Omesia’s control.
