What is Omesia?

Omesia is an independent escrow service provider that facilitates secure cryptocurrency transactions between parties by temporarily holding digital assets until predefined conditions are met.

What types of transactions do you support?

We primarily support cryptocurrency-based escrow transactions, including p2p trades, OTC transactions, B2B settlements, digital asset purchases, and high-value private agreements.

How does the escrow process work?

1. Both parties agree on terms. 2. Funds are deposited into an escrow-controlled wallet. 3. Conditions are verified. 4. Funds are released to the beneficiary upon completion.

Does Omesia control or own my funds?

No. Funds are held temporarily and neutrally for the sole purpose of fulfilling escrow obligations. Ownership remains with the depositing party until release conditions are satisfied.

Are you a financial advisor or investment platform?

No. Omesia does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice and does not evaluate the commercial merit of transactions.

What happens in the event of a dispute?

Disputes are handled strictly in accordance with the agreed escrow terms and our dispute resolution framework. Omesia does not arbitrate commercial disagreements beyond escrow conditions.
